Description

Up for auction with no reserve is a almost new sidecar currently fitted to a 2005 DL 1000 V-Strom. NOTE THE BIKE IS NOT FOR SALE JUST THE SIDECAR RIG. The sidecar was professionally built by Sweet Sidecars in South Carolina in 2016. Due to the fact that I have another sidecar rig, his has seen very little use (perhaps 200 miles or so) and is in perfect condition. The body is made of fiberglass and comes with two screens of different heights depending on your preference. There is storage room in the rear, ccessible by unfastening and tilting the seat, nd also comes with a tonneau cover for protection. The rig is totally bolt on and does not require any permanent modification to the bike other than removing the centerstand. If sold I will remove the rig from the bike so that it is ready for collection. I will be happy to answer any reasonable questions, he rig is in Raleigh NC. Buyer will need to arrange pick up or shipping. NOTE ALSO: I will not be available between 12/16 and 12/29 so pick up will be limited to before or after then.
