Description

The day all you HD and the MM fans have been looking forward to. I didn't think I would ever sell this but its just sitting and I have a new project I would like to pursue. This is not your ordinary HD and the MM replica. This is part of the Mickey Rourke Black Death MC venture that produced very limited replica bikes. If you do a google search you can find the article highlighting his business venture together with Carefree Custom Motorcycles(http://www.baggersmag.com/harleys-rigid-fxr-mickey-rourkes-black-death-motorcycle). As you will see from the pics it is exact as you can get. I bought the bike from the shop that had the original HD and the MM bike Loess Hills HD. The gentlemen who owned the bike and also the original has since pulled out of the dealership and at the time sold this replica to me. I say this because when we went through everything to make sure everything checked out we also made sure they matched up to the movie bike best as possible. The following is a list of what has been done since coming into my possession and can be verified by Loess Hills HD.

The list:

Correct handlebars and functional switches along with correct Arlen Ness Groove grips(chrome not raw..could be done for a very little). $600

Cross is as correct as I have ever seen $PRICELESS

Correct PM hand brake. Most think itsa Jay Brake but watch the movie closer. Jay brake is only for the rear.

Correct and new Russell braided brake lines all around.

Correct non-matching(not PM)clutch lever

Correct pegs on foot controls

S&S Tear drop breather new(doesn't rattle like the original sorry)

Functional Lazer Nodes. Different colors(look at pics). Try to find these now its impossible without spending a $100 for a pair. Winner gets a few extra.

Tank has decals. I was going to have it painted at some point but never got around to it. Nice clear coat over it and the fender.

Seat is perfect(not comfy at all)..... this is a bruiser of a ride but fun as hell!!

Catseye dash functional. All lights do as they should(Green=neutral and red=oil pressure)

Speedometer is a perfect match to the movie

New rubber this year $600

COMPLETELY rewired! it needed it and now it sits more like a true Harley(correct connectors).$1500

Power plant is a Super Sidewinder 107. Rumor is the engines described in the article had too many issues so the last few that left assembly received the S&S engine. Engine has been gone through and runs HARD!!!! Fires every time. Almost better than my Road Glide.

Pipes were in bad shape when I got the bike so I stripped them and threw on some exhaust wrap to also curb some of the heat coming off the engine.

Had the primary rechromed. Try to find one in good shape without spending an arm and a leg.
